Dear friends,
I recently experienced an issue with a Myntra return. My mother mistakenly handed over the wrong item to the Myntra delivery agent, who took the item without verifying the details.
Now, the actual return is on hold, and I am unable to contact the delivery agent to exchange the incorrect item for the original one.
When I reached out to Myntra support, they informed me that they do not have the delivery agent's contact information and denied assisting in any manner. I also contacted Flipkart, who handles the delivery for Myntra, but they stated they have no record of this return.
This situation highlights a significant gap in the return process. I am unable to resolve the issue due to the lack of coordination between Myntra
and Flipkart. As a result, I am unable to exchange the item.
I requested Myntra's assistance in rectifying this situation by retrieving the item mistakenly handed over and facilitating the correct return.
But Myntra is refusing to provide any assistance.
Such pathetic customer support with such a great loophole in the return process. Myntra has only one excuse, the item handed over to the delivery agent is a non-Myntra item so they can't do anything.
I am surprised to see that Myntra can't reach the delivery agent and can't provide his numbers to the customer to resolve this issue.
Also, it's impossible to contact on the same numbers and PIN which was provided to initiate the return.
Friends, let me know your reviews. I will not recommend Myntra to anyone.
