I am writing to express my deep concern and dissatisfaction with a recent experience regarding an order I placed on your platform. I ordered several items, one of which was a white shirt valued at over 3,000.
Upon delivery, I discovered that this item had been replaced with a fraudulent product, suspiciously covered with tape. I immediately raised the issue with your team and requested a return. When the delivery agent came to my home to handle the return, he was extremely rude and unprofessional. He argued loudly, accused me of replacing the product, and caused a scene in front of my family and neighbors.
This behavior is completely unacceptable, and I strongly believe he may have been involved in the replacement, although I cannot confirm this with certainty. While your team has processed a refund for this product after my second complaint, I was never informed about the investigation process or its results. No one explained what was investigated, what findings were made, or how the conclusion to refund was reached. It feels like the issue was brushed aside by simply refunding the amount, but I am not only concerned about the money.
I expect to know the outcome of the investigation and to understand what steps were taken. Additionally, I cannot accept that a delivery agent would behave so aggressively and create a scene, and this needs to be addressed seriously!!
I am never going to use Myntra again
Myntra support team doesn't even respond to our concerns. They just mark the case/ticket as resolved, that's it!

Myntra is scamming people by sending incorrect products on purpose and then not refunding or accepting returns of their incorrect products. IN240531****030487****.
They are horrible to deal with. Myntra should be banned. They are fraudsters. I ordered a medium size kurta trouser and dupatta set and this is what they sent.
When I started the return process, they were not ready to accept their product back and refund my money. Myntra has the worst service.

I was expecting the product on 21st july. On myntra it is showing that the product delivered on 18th july but actually it hasn't delivered yet.
Wanted to have chat with customer care person but unfortunately there is no policy to talk to any Myntra help desk.My Myntra credit got expired.
I am an NRI user of Myntra, and I moved overseas after shopping from Myntra. I am an old customer with Myntra, but with my last shopping trip, I had to return a few items.
The refunds for these items went into my Myntra credit. I was not aware that this credit expires after a certain amount of time. I could not check my email and was never informed that the money I had already spent on Myntra has an expiry date. Now I want to use my money, which should still be in my Myntra account, but I can't because they say it has expired.
Imagine if bank accounts stated that, because you didn't use your money within a certain timeline, they were taking all your money. How ridiculous it is that your money can expire. I am not using any coupons, but I want to use my own money, which Myntra refunded as Myntra credit and then marked with an expiry date.
Now, being an NRI, I can't shop as frequently as I used to. I'd appreciate some understanding, and I ask they refund me or at least reinstating my credit.

, i am trying to arrange return cant login sent emails to myntra communications many times no response .
Wouldnt recommend my family and friends to use this platform. I had same issue with amazon they sorted in 2 hours.
I need to arrange return for few items which are delivered.

I placed an order on Myntra which I was due to receive on the 28th of May. Money was deducted from my account but my order was not delivered. Now it shows 'no orders placed.

I have been using Myntra from long time and purchased many many products on their website/ App but when it came to returns it's a nightmare . I am trying to return a product since a month and pick up guys called says address is incorrect , which is the same address the dress was delivered to .
I fail to understand if the the dress can be delivered to same address without any issues at the time of return same address becomes and issue ? How ? I called Myntra many times each time I call they say issue will be resolved in 3 days and it's not done . The pick up company even canceled my return request.
Called again and this battle of retrun is going on since a month.
I am not sure what to do and hitting a roadblock here .. Myntra has definitely lost me a it's custoner
