Hi Team,

Today morning when I was checking my order status in the Myntra app for my products, I could see that for most of my products which have not been delivered yet, the delivery date is showing as 'invalid date' instead of the actual arrival date. Could you please look into this issue as a high priority?

After placing an order, I cancelled it because I forgot to apply a coupon code. That's why I cancelled the order, but the payment didn't return to my wallet (PhonePay). Now, I can see one payment returned in my wallet, but the next one hasn't come yet.

"Problem with the delivery guy and branch manager".

My aunt had arrived to India from United Kingdom to visit her family members. She ordered few items from Myntra app. Since the sizes of the products weren't fit, she thought of returning all those items and applied for return.

Then comes the actual scenario where my aunt was getting call from delivery guy, but not picking up the order and then cancelling the return.

This happened twice continuously.

So i request Myntra to resolve this issue and please initiate the return request made by my aunt.

i have order 4 kurta under brand name seerat .. all 4 kurta are cash on delivery

base price is 15035 rs.. approxamatiely

ur executive come to deliever 2 parcels on 19 jan and he said its base price is 18000 rs

my mother gave him 18000 rs she did a big mistake , she could have asked me he gave only 2 parcels

one parcel is seerat kurta that i order , and other one is completely different i didn't order it

Then my parents went to ekart office they said ki return request kijiye apka refund a jayega

now i have no idea ki refund kaise milega

apke executive ne jo kiya woh kabhi nai hoya , he did criminal offense 18000 rs is lot

please help me out please do something he will do this again with someone else

i live in australia but i always shope from myntra yeh kabhi nai hoya

please help punish the cuprits

So my problem is whenever i make any order they supply but when I close to get my order they cancelled my order without any reason they did 5 6 time in last week, delevry date they cancelled my order and I didnt get my order i have to do again and again they doing same thing

The quality of the clothes is not good, the label tag is not available, the company has not attached it, the clothes have come in worn condition, the behaviour of the delivery boy is not good

Very good experience and very nice people and give nicely answered.and nicely explained everything and I like it.

I have placed order for 4 Kurtis set amounting 4162 from net banking from mynthra app but when made still the option for place order is coming and the item didnt go from bag. Could you please rectify this

The refund for the cancellation has not been done. I'm still worried.

Delivery boy comes and rejected return twice. He says that the product does not match the image that the company provided him.

Once upon a time,I ordered a grey colour pant and the myntra delivered a olive green shirt,I had to send a return that shirt and delivery boy doesn't taken a shirt,they are arguing only pant return ed I don't take shirt,i repeatedly returned,finnally my myntra account was deactivated..

My parcel was supposed to come today, but it got delayed as it was an emergency, and I need it to be delivered today.

Im unable to return my product because the customer care service is very poor. Not properly.

Answer my problem before 15 days. I have returned complaint.

My product has been not returned timely. Please help me my problem resolved.

Dear Myntra Support Team,

I am writing regarding a return request I initiated on 1st May 2025, which remains unresolved as the order has not yet been picked up.

Despite contacting the Myntra Help Centre multiple times, I have not received a satisfactory resolution. Each time, Ive had to re-explain the issue from the beginning, which has been extremely frustrating and time-consuming.

It has now been over 16 days, and I am still in possession of a product that does not belong to me.

As a regular customer, I am very disappointed with the level of service received on this occasion.

Please treat this as a high-priority issue and take immediate action to arrange the pickup. I also request appropriate compensation for the repeated inconvenience, time, and effort Ive spent following up on this matter.

Looking forward to a prompt resolution.
