Dear Myntra, I have purchased Fossil gen 5 smart watch worth (22995.00) from MYNTRA online store But I have received wrong product with the original packaging and original Fossil box .I have also mentioned this issue with official support team of MYNTRA .But i haven't recieved any update on my issue which is totally unacceptable . I am attaching some pictures for your reference I hope strict action would be taken from your end or else I would have take some legal actions against it. Regards, Praful Singh 816963****

Cancellation of order

I received two shirts today in lavender&grey colour.Ihave not liked the texture of the product so wanted to cancel it and get my refund.If these are not canceled then I shall say mynantra to be hopeless site.Arunkumarberry

Order not delivered

My order was cancelled by company and I lost my coupan in this order and company do not give any compensation yet now . I will apply court case regarding this concern soon.

User's recommendation: Don't believe on myntra as a shopping app ,it doesn't care about customer time and their benfits.

I have ordered only red colour jacket n received wrong product lilac colour jacket n same day i requested for exchange n today Myntra delivery boy came with the same product already ordered before but he refused to give me the jacket as it was exchange of red jacket which they have send me before all is ur fault as u delivered me the wrong product n i have already mentioned that I have received the wrong product.plz solve this issue as soon as possible. Thanks
