I had a very disappointing experience with Myntra. I received the wrong order, and when I contacted customer support, they did not take proper responsibility or offer a helpful solution.

The response was slow and unprofessional, and the issue is still unresolved.

I expected better service from such a well-known platform. Very unhappy with the experience.

I want my refund to use its in my old account but unable to contact to update my new account so how do I contact Myntra people

It seems the numbers are deactivated. Any reason?

I have an exchange of suit size as it is a little bigger for me. Since the seal tag was not there, the agent rejected it. He told me to call customer care and tell that the seal was not there, but I am not able to contact customer care.

I returned the item, but they did not pick it up, and they gave a time, but they did not pick it up again. So three times they extended, and still no one came to pick it up. I am very unhappy with the service.

Hello, I ordered a raymond white slim fit shirt for my husband on his birthday, the 6th of February. Myntra gave a delivery date of the 4th of February, but the order was not delivered today.

Myntra company is fraudulent. For my first order of 4 curtains, I received only 2.

When I complained, the answer I got was that the parcel was fully checked and delivered. I lost my money. I request everyone not to buy from Myntra online.

I am sharing the images. Unlike other sites, i.e., Flipkart, Amazon, Jio, Meesho, their response and resolution are immediate, and they mostly give customer service the first priority, which I didn't find from the Myntra customer desk.
